Digital products: instant delivery after Stripe-verified payment. No refunds after successful download, except failed or corrupt delivery (re-delivery or refund at our option) and duplicate charges (refunded in full). Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Private services
Custom creative work, implementation deposits, milestones, and managed services follow the cancellation, revision, acceptance, and refund terms in the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement.
Digital guides
Digital guides are real purchases at their listed price, not sandbox transactions. For a delivery problem or an incorrect charge, use the contact form and include your receipt reference. Never include a full card number.
